I confirm that my dog is fit and healthy. I agree to care for my dog’s coat between grooming appointments by maintaining it in reasonable condition.
I understand that due to my dog’s coat condition, temperament, and behaviour, limitations in completing the grooming process may apply. If my dog attempts to bite any person or another dog, a muzzle may be used, or at the discretion of the groomer, the grooming process may be terminated and services up to that point are charged accordingly. If my dog bites a person or dog, I agree to pay for the full cost of damages and expenses my dog causes. If I fail to collect my dog at the agreed time, I agree to pay additional accommodation and care costs.
I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the groomer of any adjustments to the groom if required on collection of the dog. After this point, I understand any further grooming services require another appointment charged at our normal grooming rates.
If my dog is found to have fleas or other external parasites, I agree to pay the decontamination and containment charge of £20 in addition to the grooming cost.
Cambridge House Dog Grooming offers 2 teeth cleaning options.
Please be aware that both brushing and tartar removal completely depend on the dog’s tolerance to the procedure and cannot guarantee the dog will allow this. Where we cannot complete the full treatment, costs will be charged for the work completed. Please note it is normal for redness of gums following dental procedures.
If my dog causes concern for its health and well-being whilst in the care of Cambridge House Dog Grooming, I agree that Cambridge House Dog Grooming may obtain veterinary attention on my behalf at my expense.
I agree to pay any charges for missed/cancelled appointments without 24 hours prior notice.

I understand that Cambridge House Dog Grooming may update terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice and may decline service at any time.
