STORE PICKUP POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 24hours to process your order. As soon as your order is ready for pickup at the salon, you will receive an email.

SALON PICKUP 

Orders can be picked up at our salon

during salon opening hours:

Mondays to Fridays | 9am -4.30pm

Saturdays | 9am-3.30pm

Orders placed during store hours will be available the next day we are open.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 7 days after pickup, if the item is unused, in its original packaging and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount.

In the event that your order is damaged in any way, please notify us in store or email us as soon as possible at hello@cambridgehousegrooming.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
